After every time your take down your 10' x 10' tent package, make sure that the fabric is clean and fully dry for storage. Displaying the tent for long periods of time outside as well as packing them incorrectly can shorten the lifespan of your product. If any dirt is present on the fabric, we recommended that you hand wash it with mild detergent and cold water.

Q: Can you make the full wall or canopy with only one piece of fabric?

A: Since the sizes of fabrics are limited, we use two pieces of fabric and stitch them together seamlessly and smoothly in order to ensure that the logos and designs are presented perfectly.

Q: How do I avoid water leakage when using the tent outdoors?

A: We use a hot air seam taping machine on all seam lines in order to avoid any leakage from occurring.

Q: How is the fabric and hardware of the tent packaged?

A: Generally, we will have the fabric, hardware, and wheel bag packed separately in order to avoid any damage during transportation.
